How It Works

The Medicine, Held With Care

Spravato is self-administered as a nasal spray under supervision in our office — it cannot be taken at home. After each dose, you'll rest in our care for approximately two hours while our team monitors you.

Even with an insurance-covered treatment, we believe setting matters. You'll be in the same warm, intentional space as all of our ketamine work — soft light, comfortable seating, and a team that knows your story. Spravato is taken alongside an oral antidepressant, and our integrative psychiatry team can manage that entire picture in one place.

The Treatment Course

What a Typical Course Looks Like

Weeks 1–4

Induction

Twice-weekly sessions as your response builds. Many clients notice shifts within the first few weeks.

Weeks 5–8

Continuation

Sessions taper to weekly as improvement stabilizes.

Week 9+

Maintenance

Every one to two weeks, personalized to sustain your progress.

Insurance & Eligibility

The Most Accessible Doorway to This Medicine

Am I eligible?
Spravato is FDA-approved for adults with treatment-resistant depression — generally, those who haven't found relief after trying at least two antidepressants — and for depressive symptoms in adults with major depressive disorder with suicidal thoughts or actions. Your free consultation and medical intake will confirm whether it's safe and appropriate for you.
What does insurance cover?
Most major insurance plans cover Spravato for those who meet criteria. Our team verifies your benefits and handles the prior authorization process before you begin — you'll know your costs before your first session.
What should I plan for on treatment days?
Plan for about two hours in our care per session. You cannot drive afterward — a companion must take you home. Avoid food for two hours and liquids for 30 minutes before your session.
“Wherever you start, you're inside a practice built around the whole journey.”
