Monique is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in mental health care across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings. Prior to joining Innerbloom Healing Arts, Monique worked with the South Carolina Department of Mental Health and Palmetto Behavioral Health, where she provided medication administration and monitoring, long-acting injections, patient triage, care coordination, and ongoing follow-up for individuals with serious mental illness. Her work has included multidisciplinary treatment planning, group facilitation, crisis management, and close collaboration with psychiatrists, therapists, and nursing teams to support safe and effective care.
