Couples Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy

A New Approach to Healing Together

When traditional therapy reaches its limits, KAP opens new pathways — together.

How KAP Helps Couples

A shared path back to each other

Lowers defensiveness

Low-dose ketamine gently dissolves the walls that keep couples stuck in the same patterns.

Builds new pathways

Increased neuroplasticity and glutamate activity create space for fresh perspectives and new ways of relating.

Deepens empathy

Partners experience greater understanding and compassion for each other in a safe, supported container.

Evidence-based methods

Sessions integrate Imago and Emotionally Focused Therapy frameworks for lasting relational change.

Your Guide Through This Work

Lauren Capone, MA, LMHC

Lauren Capone, MA, LMHC

Lauren knows firsthand that restoring a relationship is possible — because she has lived it herself. That experience is at the heart of everything she brings to her clients.

Trained at NYU in Mental Health and Wellness Counseling, Lauren has pursued advanced training in Imago Relationship Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, and inner child work. She is also a former yoga teacher, weaving meditation, breathwork, and somatic awareness into her practice.

Lauren is trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy through Polaris Insight Center, one of the leading KAP training programs in the country.

Her approach is warm, curious, and deeply relational. Clients describe their sessions as a reset — an hour to step back, gain clarity, and return to their lives with greater ease and self-understanding.

Lauren's deepest desire is to help people better understand themselves and build the loving, connected relationships they are capable of having.
